Nokia by Microsoft branding allegedly incoming

According to renowned business leakster @evleaks, Microsoft's licensing agreement with Nokia is to make a new branding identity called "Nokia by Microsoft". The companies are talking to gather to finalize, but this re-branding is going to be printed on smartphones and tablets exclusively produced by Microsoft only.

It seams that Microsoft would also terminate its Surface brand. Microsoft will change its tablet brand name with the Lumia one. This does seem like a clever step to build its market on the name of Nokia, as it doesn't have a good popularity in Surface market, considering Microsoft's investment in the Surface tablet line-up.

There is no formal move in re-branding these rumored changes. Two months ago the Nokia-Microsoft acquisition officially enclosed, amounting to €5.44 cardinal.
