Samsung’s Galaxy Alpha leaked looks like a smaller, prettier S5

Samsung Galaxy S5 (left), leaked Galaxy Alpha (right)

Many have thought that Samsung’s fabled metal smartphone would be a top of the line device, however some new leaks indicate that it could be impressively more modest. Both SamMobile and Tinhte have posted photographs of the Galaxy Alpha (indicated on the right), a mid-range Android handset that reportedly touts a 4.7-inch screen and that since quite a long rumor, marginally more popular metal trim. It’s not sure precisely what’s under the hood past LTE-Advanced data, in spite of the fact that SamMobile proposes that the internals would occupy between the Galaxy S5 and its more modest, slower scaled down partner. It may have 720p screen, the Alpha would pack 32GB of (tragically non-removable) storage capacity and either an Exynos 5 Octa or a Snapdragon 800 for a processor sufficient, however but not incredible.

The true inquiry may not be the point at which we’ll see the Alpha, yet where we’ll see it. While the handset could appear soon on August, there are worries that Samsung can’t deliver the phone in seriously vast numbers. It may wind up being a restricted limited version that ships to simply a handful of nations, in the same way as the company’s native South Korea (Tinhte’s shots uncover a Korean “LTE-A” logo). If this is a metal-clad Samsung phone of legend, it won’t fundamentally take the world by storm.
